These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Privy, the Chrome extension and associated services operated by Meinframe ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Privy.
Privy is a Chrome extension for eBay resellers that provides profit calculations, sales data, competition analysis and buy/pass recommendations based on publicly available eBay listing data. Privy is operated by Meinframe, a UK-based business.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Privy. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Privy is available on the following plans:

Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused lookups do not carry over. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
New accounts receive a free trial of 20 lookups valid for 7 days from account creation. No payment details are required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted until a paid subscription is activated.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal, accessible from within the extension or dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
If you are not satisfied with Privy, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. Refund requests must be submitted to support@getprivy.co.uk with your registered email address. Refunds are not available after this 7-day window or for renewal charges where the service has been actively used.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the service has been abused or used in violation of these Terms.
The market data, pricing information, sales estimates and competition analysis provided by Privy is scraped from publicly available eBay listing pages and is provided for informational purposes only. While we endeavour to ensure data accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability or timeliness of this information. Data should not be construed as financial, investment or business advice. Meinframe accepts no liability for any purchasing or selling decisions made based on data provided by Privy.
eBay listing data changes frequently. Cached data may be up to 24 hours old. Always verify market conditions independently before making purchasing decisions.

All content, code and branding associated with Privy is the property of Meinframe. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal or business research purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify or redistribute any part of Privy.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Privy relies on publicly available eBay data which may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund for any unused paid subscription period.
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Meinframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Privy, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in that period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the extension at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Privy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
